Dear Mr. Thanh, I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent 4-day tour to Singapore and Malaysia organized by iVIVU Online Tourism Company. As a customer, I had high expectations based on the advertisements I saw on the internet, but unfortunately, the reality fell far short of what was promised. Firstly, the accommodations provided were not up to the standard that was advertised. The hotel rooms were small and poorly maintained, with outdated facilities. This was a stark contrast to the luxurious and spacious rooms that were showcased on your website. Secondly, the itinerary was poorly planned and executed. The tour guide seemed disinterested and lacked knowledge about the destinations we visited. The sightseeing activities were rushed, leaving us with little time to truly appreciate the beauty and culture of Singapore and Malaysia. Additionally, the transportation arrangements were chaotic, with frequent delays and disorganization. Furthermore, the meals provided were of poor quality and lacked variety. We were promised a taste of local cuisine, but instead, we were served bland and repetitive dishes. This was a major disappointment, as one of the highlights of traveling is experiencing the local food. As a customer, I expected a seamless and enjoyable travel experience, but unfortunately, my trip with iVIVU Online Tourism Company was far from satisfactory. I believe that it is important for your company to address these issues and take steps to improve the quality of your services.
