My Eating Habits
I have three meals a day - breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For breakfast, I usually have a bowl of cereal with milk and a glass of orange juice. I have breakfast at around 7:30 in the morning before I start my day. For lunch, I usually have a sandwich or a salad with some fruits. I have lunch at around 12:30 in the afternoon. Dinner is my big meal of the day. I usually have rice or pasta with some vegetables and a piece of grilled chicken or fish. I have dinner at around 6:30 in the evening. During the meals, I often drink water or sometimes a glass of iced tea.
