Save the Elephants - Protecting and Preserving
Save the Elephants (CSTE) is a non-profit organization established in 1993 by Iain Douglas-Hamilton with the aim of ensuring that elephants do not die out. The organization focuses on protecting the habitats where elephants are found, stopping the illegal hunting of elephants, especially in Africa and Asia, and conducting research on elephant behavior in collaboration with scientists and experts. Additionally, CSTE raises awareness through various media sources such as films, television, and new media. With 335 projects supported in 40 countries, CSTE has been actively working towards its mission of preserving and protecting these magnificent creatures. Through their dedication and efforts, CSTE is making a significant impact in safeguarding the future of elephants and their natural habitats.
